Situation where my Dad (88yrs young) and my Handicap brother had an issue with their newer humidifier not working and asked me to help; so i contacted Advanpro. The complaint is Advanpro sends someone to my Dad & Brothers place and the problem was the power cable wasn't plugged in correctly to the Humidifier. End result is $180.00 bill for connecting the power cable. I had advised Advanpro that I'm the main contact for this service. Their service person did not contact me at anytime. to advise of cost and I believe there was suppose to be a free estimate, which we didn't get. Advanpro did give a seniors discount of 5% off the bill. I don't think plugging in a power cable should cost $180.00, especially for a senior and handicap customer who are on set incomes.
