Steve and Sam cleaned my furnace, they did a great job, showed up on time, worked quickly, informed me of the state of my furnace and showed me the maintenance steps I should take.
Adam came back to replace the ignition and humidifier. He also showed up on time, worked quickly, and took the time to explain future maintenance to me. During this time he was always taking customer calls and answering their questions.
