The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

My mother-in-law was looking to replace some toilets, taps and a sink. The Gentlemen Plumbers were recommended us and we gave them a call. From our first contact with them they have been very professional, friendly and patient. Wayne came out and explained everything very well. He did an awesome job and in a timely matter. He was very good at explaining everything in detail to my mother-in-law making sure she understood every step of the way. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this company. Great guy Lavern...really good service. Would call again. Wore booties, cleaned up after, checked additional things in the home....overall service is ten out of ten and would recommend to anyone.

Had a sewer smell coming from bathroom, called GP. Sent out two young guys who tell me that I'm going to have to rip open my wall, dig up the vent pipe in the concrete and replace it. They used a camera to check the pipe (no obstructions). They then leave telling me there is nothing they can do.

I looked up the problem online and in ten minutes I figured out that the gasket around the toilet was loose. Fixed the problem myself.

Cost me 500 dollars for them to come waste my time. Also couldn't download the video of the line inspection they promised me. Called twice to get a copy and no one called back or helped me.

Will never use these guys again, their plumbers are too young and inexperienced and they bill what a professional would charge regardless of their skill level. Call someone else.

We thought we might have a leak in a pipe in the basement after a cold spell in Calgary. Frank came and assessed that the water was only from ice which was melting up top. He also inspected all of our other plumbing and furnace equipment He recommended a change to our hot water tank pipes which made sense. Great job by Frank - efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, efficient and effective in diagnostics and repair. He also kept us apprised of the work every step of the way and clearly answered any questions that we had. A superb young man and asset to this organization!

Gentlemen plumber were very easy to work with. They organized the water shut-off with city and were transparent on all costs. Andrew arrived on time, and was very curtious.

Emergency phone call. Backwash in my washing machine drain. Gentlemen plumbers arrived early. Work dilegently to get work done. Explain process professionally. Highly professional and very clean. Great to meet them and will use again.

Our sewer was backing up whenever we ran our washing machine, so remembering the radio ads I heard for Gentlemen Plumbers I gave them a call. Brendan and another young employee were dispatched at an agreed date and time. Shockingly they arrived early! My experience tells me that rarely, if ever, happens with repair people. They explained what they were going to do and gave me 2 options for the work. I thought both prices were high, but if they really did all they said they were going to do then it would be worth it. And man, was it ever worth it!
They had to clear roots from our lines at least 3 times, which included using a larger auger head and rechecking the line a couple times with a video. I was able to see exactly what they found and then how clean the line was afterwards. They had small rugs to put under their equipment and wore plastic booties over their footwear, so everything stayed nice and clean. They also cleaned up after and did an inspection on the rest of the plumbing with a few suggestions to help improve things.
We've had numerous plumbers do the same job over the years and although they charged almost as much the job was never as thorough, professional and clean. All in all they were worth every penny and we won't hesitate to call them again for service.

Mike came in and cleared our plugged bathtub drain without a problem. He also surveyed the plumbing in the rest of the house and provided a bunch of useful recommendations for improving the performance and reliability of all our fixtures and drains. Follow-up after the service was very professional as well. Thanks.

Brendan and Matt did a fantastic job making me feel at ease about the leak that formed in the copper piping leading out of my water heater tank. They explained what likely happened and why and helped me understand what the repair would be. They took great care to respect me and my property. Brendan had alot of plumbing experience and that was evident in his explanations and Matt did a fantastic job sodering up my pipe. Two fantastic gentlemen that I will gladly request to do any future plumbing jobs I may require. Well done!
