We thought we might have a leak in a pipe in the basement after a cold spell in Calgary. Frank came and assessed that the water was only from ice which was melting up top. He also inspected all of our other plumbing and furnace equipment He recommended a change to our hot water tank pipes which made sense. Great job by Frank - efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Erwin was on time, polite and efficient. In the hour he was here, he showed us the condition of the equipment he replaced. We plan to continue using Arpis and we always ask for Erwin.

Jason was very responsive to our request for a quote on eavestrough and downspouts. He gave us several options and was professional in helping us understand the pros and cons. The work was done quickly and properly. In addition, because we had some further roof issues, Jason came out and did some repairs at no cost. He also called a roofing company to help us get better service than the company we previously had used, and came out to show them the leaks he had found on the roof. Very service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile!

Identified issue, made solid recommendations re toilet replacement as well as on our sewer line. Wayne was excellent!

Matthew from Action Auger came to our home to install a water softener and toilet. He installed both with attention to detail and technical accuracy. He is excellent at educating the client on what is happening, what to look for, tips to make things work to their optimum, etc. He spent a lot of time ensuring that the new machines, as well as the surrounding equipment, was working smoothly and given that we have an older home, there were a few issues. He is very professional with a strong work ethic and went the extra mile for us. We would recommend. We were also able to book an appointment with Action Auger in good time and the invoice process is very smooth.
