The Construction Manager on our project, Dan McCauley, made our project seem very stream line and simple.
The team members that tore out our old flooring, drywall, baseboards ect, and reinstalled all of our basement finishes were absolutley amazing, and respectful.
I would highly recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking for a renovation.

We recently decided to renovate our basement. Everyone hears horror stories about renovation nightmares. We were extremely cautious and commenced a thorough search of the best company to work with. As huge fans of Bryan Baeumler one of his recommendations was The Renovator’s of Canada (T-ROC). We interviewed 5 companies and after speaking to many prior customers, we made our final choice and selected T-Roc. They were extremely professional and easy to deal with and their customers raved about them and their work.
We had extremely high expectations and T-Roc not only met them, they exceeded them. Dennis was our contractor and our go-to man. Dennis is an awesome contractor and an exceptional person. He is extremely personable and professional. He is so easy to talk to and he listened to all our questions and concerns. He certainly has a lot of expertise in the industry and always found solutions to any questions or problems that occurred. Dennis would respond to all texts immediately, he was always available when we needed him.
Dennis had an incredible team and in particular his right hand man, Siamak. Siamak is an incredibly humble, sweet man. He took great pride in his work and made sure that we were satisfied. All the trades people that came through our home were fantastic, real experts and perfectionists at their particular skill.
The office staff, Amany was also a pleasure to deal with. She always asked how everything was going and if we were happy.
We had one situation that arose that Dennis thought was best dealt with by Perry, the owner of the company. Perry was unbelievable; he carefully listened to our concerns. He wanted to know what we thought the solution should be; we offered our suggestion and without hesitation Perry immediately agreed to our solution and made us very happy. We were truly blown away that he agreed to our solution so quickly. Perry is an incredibly decent individual and it is obvious that customer satisfaction is very important to him and his company’s reputation. We are still in awe of how he handled the situation.
We recently had our furniture delivered and the delivery men actually commented on the quality of our basement. They said that they have seen a lot of basements but ours stood out because it was noticeably well done.
We will ONLY use T-Roc for all our future renovations. We are 100% satisfied customers! We highly recommend T-Roc and especially Dennis and his team for all your renovation needs.

I found T-ROC on the Brian Baeulmer Approved website under contractors. I'm so glad that we did. Sean and Jeff were very professional and treated our home with respect. i first called TROC to give me a quote on restoring the basement of my newly purchased home that was ravaged by a flood. Perry, the owner came, and we clicked instantly.

i hired him the next day to redo the basement.

We had planned to use another contractor for the rest of our work, but after a few days with TROC, we told him to take a hike and went with TROC to do everything. Basement, Kitchen, Living Area, Upstairs Den to bedroom/walk-in closet conversion. We have since had them back to re-do our dining room, and they will be back in the spring to do some further work.

Their work is excellent, but what goes ever and above that is that these guys are personable, and the service continues after the job is done. The slightest issue (there will always be things that settle and need patching etc) one text or phone call, and they will make an arrangement to come out and take care of it.

i have zero issue recommending TROC, and have had several prospective clients walk through my home to see their work in person.

It was a complete bathroom Reno and we were happy with the results, there was a little misunderstanding half way through but it all worked out.

If you are looking for a high quality, customer focused company than look no further. The Renovators of Canada exceeded all of our expectations from start to finish. It began with Todd who was very patient explaining each line item on the detailed quote. He spent a lot of time with us and we were very comfortable and trusted that this company was the right choice. Before the project began, we were introduced to Dennis who would be our site supervisor/project mgr. Right from the start we knew Dennis was a true professional. He had great suggestions and made the entire process pretty much stress free. He was always available when needed and his response time to calls or text was within minutes. Can't say enough about him and his great team which included Dave, Ryan, Symak, Sean and anyone else that was missed. This group is one of the hardest working teams I have come across. Never late, always on time, focused on the task at hand, quality craftsmanship, personable and they always left our home spotless. So much so, that the first day of demolition my husband asked if they had even been here.

This is a trustworthy and customer loyal company. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and kitchen ceiling. It has breathed new life into our home.

After a bad experience with our previous contractor we took on the difficult task of selecting and putting our trust into a new contractor for some significant renos. We completely renovated two upstairs bathrooms (including the master bath) removed a hall closet to expand and custom build the master walk-in closet, replaced all of our upstairs carpeting, baseboards and window trims and installed matts in our basement for a training room. Not to mention an ever increasing list of odds and ends that my wife continuously updated and expanded (which seemed like a daily occurrence). After the previous issues we took our time selecting a new contractor and got estimates and interviewed several before making our choice. What we got was an incredible team of workers with a truly outstanding supervisor (Dennis) that gave us exactly what my wife wanted for a fair price. For anyone that has a partner that is a perfectionist, borderline OCD, creative, hobby designer you can appreciate that this is no small task. She was very involved because we work mostly from home and she had a vision that she wanted... no, needed, to fulfill. Dennis was incredibly patient and professional and Simac (his man on the ground) worked very hard to finish everything to a high standard. Simac was always polite and friendly, always on time and most of all able to communicate effectively at every step of the way. They gave an honest estimate and timeline, met both of them and when a subcontractor (not associated with TROC) caused a flood days before completion, Dennis was like a firefighter (although with water not fire... you get the idea) that dropped everything to come to the rescue and then handled the aftermath and repair.
We do not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone and everyone and will maintain our relationship with them in the years to come anytime we need renovations.
If you need renovations and want quality, honest work for a fair price then please let me save you the trouble of risking your money and time on an unknown. Dennis, Simac and crew can be trusted to do your renovations and do them amazingly well.

I am very happy with the work done in my house. I appreciate the politeness of the workers and how life at home kept on going without any interruptions. They were very well mannered and sensitive to kids coming in and out of the house. They take pride in their work and are not satisfied until it is done to the highest expectations. My husband and I were looking for a reputable contractor to completely gut our master ensuite, move sinks, move toilets, and add many features. We had a vision that was clearly laid out on a computer rendering. We wanted a company whom we can trust to execute this project and meet all our requirements. After meeting with various contractors including TROC, we felt that TROC was the one we can trust to execute with excellence. Dennis and his team (Wayne, T, Symak, to name a few) was a pleasure to work with. We have changed our minds on multiple things, discovered the unexpected behind the walls and under the tiles, added a few curve balls in between and they simply complied without any hesitation. Moreover, we extremely valued our constant interaction with Dennis through the Builder App. I would send multiple emails and text messages throughout the day, and to my surprise there will always be a response from Dennis within 5 min. Secondly, we really liked the schedule that were created for us, this gives us an idea of what to look forward to the following day. Another feature we admire about TROC is transparency. Dennis provided us the breakdown of the estimated labor cost prior to the start of the project and midway through the project. This allowed us to review and alter our requirements in order to meet our strict budget.
I would highly recommend Dennis and TROC. They are courteous and highly qualified professionals who understood our needs and ensured they brought our vision to life!
