Wow! Where to start? This renovation went as smooth as butter. Dennis and Sean prided themselves on daily and more than daily communication. They were there for us all the way. The 2 most important ingredients for a successful home project are 1) work with people who collectively have an immense resource of knowledge about all aspects of the project (in our case, kitchen renovation. 2) work with people who treat your kitchen project with integrity. Every single aspect of the project was carefully and thoughfully supervised and monitored. I would ONLY use this company for any future projects and I recommend them without reservation!!!

Nasser and team were excellent! They gave some great ideas, a timely and complete quote, started and finished on schedule and on budget. Clean, thorough and professional ... would use the service again and recommend to others!

I had to post this even though my renovation is still not complete. I found T-ROC on the Brian Baeulmer Approved website under contractors. Ryan came out to our house and said all the right things for first time renovators 1. they are transparent with the budget 2. they ensure clear and consistent communication 3. they source multiple quotes and give us the power to choose our trades every step of the way etc... We signed up with T-Roc Halton.

Little did we know Ryan was on his way out of the company and our quote didn't include one expensive, key aspect - the engineer and support beam required to execute our renovation. We were introduced to Shawn who was the contractor and project manager assigned to T-ROC Halton.

Ryan started the project by sending out our contract to various designers - we ended up having to escalate this project to Perry (the owner) because we went nearly a month without any movement. Shawn stepped in and got things moving for us. Perry promised us a site visit and never showed.

About 60% into our project we got an email from Perry stating that Shawn was no longer a T-Roc representative and that our warranty would not be an option through T-Roc. We tried to get in touch with Perry to discuss our options however he avoided us altogether. His email came after he had already terminated our account to a handy app called BuilderTrend - we had been trying to log in and reached out for assistance.

Shawn was left to communicate with us the best he could and the only option we had was to continue with Shawn who offered to ensure his work was warranted for 10 years. Shawn started his own company, (SQR) Supreme Quality Renovations- I will continue my review on Shawn's work when our project is complete.

This may be a series of unfortunate events but the few interactions that I had with Perry were enough to motivate me never to recommend T-roc to another client ever again.

It was a fantastic reno with excellence all the way round. Daniella at Home Depot started the process with a great design. Everything ordered came on time and was correct.

Dan was superb at organizing the whole process and very communicative. He answered all my texts promptly and I felt reassured that the reno would be done in time for my company that is arriving on Aug. 6th.

Ben, Adam and Justin were meticulous, professional and organized. Their attention to detail is indicative of their great craftsmanship and it was a pleasure having them in my home. I have nothing but great comments about the whole reno. I have already passed along Daniella's name and Dan's cell number to friends of mine who are considering a kitchen reno as well.

Excellent quality, service and value!!! Highly recommended. Todd Blanchard and his crew did full renovations on two of our bathrooms. Everything about the renovation was excellent. The quality of craftsmanship was unparalleled and both washrooms turned out absolutely gorgeous. The crew was also extremely friendly and informative and completed the job in a really expedient manner. Finally, the value for our money was amazing. We have recommended them to all of our family and friends and will be having them back!

We had just a small project, only our kitchen island. Aaron came and was really great. He was finished by around lunch time, since it was such a small project. The island is great and looks awesome. Would use The Renovators of Canada in the future for a larger project.

My wife and I interviewed several companies for our bathroom renovation. When Shawn Mousseau from the Oakville location came to our house for an estimate, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shawn and his team did a fantastic job in our bathroom, and they ensured that everything was up to code. Also, I noticed that they used very high quality materials, and they took care with the details, such as when installing each piece of tile. Shawn provided us with regular updates on the progress of the renovation, and even though the job took a little longer than expected, I am incredibly happy with the result. I would recommend T-ROC and Shawn to anyone looking for an extremely high quality renovation.

We absolutely love Dennis and his team and would use him again in a heartbeat. This was our very first renovation and Dennis guided us every step of the way and made it as stress free as possible. We really Don't know how we would have went through this without him. Dennis was professional, friendly and accommodating every step of the way and he went over and above to make sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. Dennis provided us with great contacts and great advice which really helped in the decision-making process. Dennis is truly a genuine and honest contractor who places a high priority on customer service and relationship-building and we couldn't have asked for anybody better.

We are very happy with how our new living room and kitchen turned out. The renovation is high quality and the attention to detail is evident. Our floor has been transformed from the 1970's. We ended up going with a custom kitchen which really maximizes the space we have. I have to say I never thought the space would turn out so beautiful and functional.

No matter what your budget, T-Roc. Will work with you to give you the end result you want.

This company was contracted thru Home Depot, I had Richard come out to give us a quote on renovating my basement Kitchen and Bathroom. As I rent my basement apt, and last tenant left it in a mess. He explained the process and said it would take about 3-4 weeks to complete. He came with his helpers were friendly and advised us on materials we would need with measurements for kitchen and bathroom tiles, new kitchen cupboards, counter and sink bathroom sink and shower stall and toilet. I was impressed by their work and when i asked if he could touch up my stairs which was not included in price he did and did not charge extra, I was pleased with the work they did and would recommend company John P

The team of workers they had come into our home to perform the work we're all great.
You could tell that they work together often and that they have total confidence in every aspect of their work. They installed a 20' flush mounted beam after knocking out structural dividing wall between our kitchen and dining room.
You could not tell where the old wall was.
All the flooring, baseboards, cabinets and back splash look beautiful.
Although it was an expensive renovation, I put my trust and money into the right company.
