The sales and installation team is wonderful. All members of the team are very knowledgeable and professional. They really care about our concerns and make sure all details are taken care of. We would definitely recommend Galaxy to our neighbors and friends.

Their work was exceptional and they were efficient and accommodating. I need my windows done by a certain date and they came and worked on a holiday to ensure the job was done on time. I had several quotes and they were the best value. I would definately use them again.

Replacing windows is a daunting task, but the cold weather this winter made me realize it was time to take the plunge. After interviewing several window manufacturers and suppliers I chose Galaxy Windows. I cannot tell you how happy i am that I made this decision. I chose them after meeting with Dimitri. He was very organized and detailed. He took great pride in his product and his work. Living in an older home, I am used to having tradespeople in my house. Dimitri's team lead by Alex was the nicest group of folks I have had in my house. They went above and beyond. I had a curtain that was not properly installed and imagine my surprise when I noticed at the end of the job they had fixed it. My house is warmed and the windows look great. Alex and his team delivered the attention to detail that Dimitri promised. I would highly recommend this company.

Our home is 36 years old with original windows and doors. Dmitri was more than helpful in guiding us through the decision making process regarding 8 replacement windows. His recommendations minimized unnecessary options e.g. double rather than triple glazing and Low-E Argon Gas rather than Krypton Gas. Explanations and comparisons were given with sound logic as to his recommendations. Interestingly, the recommendations were the less expensive options. Their installers were prompt and finished the task within one day without skimping on any details. Galaxy Windows and their team put effort and pride into their work. Thorough research was done before deciding on Galaxy Windows. Every customer review was a 10, which seemed suspicious and in this regard we randomly contacted several satisfied customers by phone (based on unique last names and different locations) through a search of the 411 directories. Not only were we surprised at their delight and satisfaction but also that most would have given a higher rating if they were allowed to go beyond the maximum of 10. Well at this writing – installation is done and you can add our names to the rating of 10 - but we’re adding a + and going to have them replace our front door within the month.

After researching 5 different suppliers I contacted Galaxy windows based on the reviews that were posted on HomeStars.

Dimitri was very knowledgeable and outlined for us the best options for windows and two doors which best suited our needs. All other estimators seemed to criticize and bad mouth each other however, we didn’t get any of those negative comments from Dimitri because he let his products and service do the talking along with his presentation of previous jobs examples.

He also took us to the factory where the windows are manufactured. Galaxy’s quotes matched the big guys, and are competitive with the smaller guys. We were amazed that it was completed in such a short time frame.

There are no words that can express the professional workmanship of Galaxy’s installers Alex and Vlad , installing 12 windows plus two doors (garden doors) in 2 days.
They give close attention to detail to ensure that proper sealing and caulking was applied neatly and without any mess. They cleaned up at the end of each day.
I am extremely satisfied and pleased with the quality of the product installation, how the product operates and its esthetics; to the point that several neighbors have complimented on the finished product.

P.S.: if you are planning on installing garden doors, get the ones with the internal mini blinds, my wife insisted and she is right they look amazing.
