Galaxy Windows

We needed to replace all 15 windows on the main floor of our house. We approached Galaxy WD for a quote after seeing great reviews on Homestars. Their superior service was evident from the moment Alex arrived to estimate the job: unlike the representatives of other window companies who had come to see us, Alex followed COVID protocols by putting on a mask and gloves before even approaching our house. He was great to work with, was very informative, and did not put on any pressure, and did not denigrate the competition (again, setting a higher standard than the other firms' representatives). On top of that, Galaxy's price was the best. Pre-installation service was very good, giving us lots of notice of the installation date and a useful checklist to follow to prepare for the installation. The installation team was first rate: not only did they do a beautiful job and clean up after themselves, they were also very pleasant to have in our house, and followed COVID protocols throughout. They were extremely careful of our bushes and shrubs around the outside of the house. Their work was very careful and professional, and the results spectacular. We are most delighted.
