We had meetings with multiple companies and found Dmitri from Galaxy Windows to be the most knowledgeable. He also had the most detailed and informative presentation. Communication before, during, and after the installation was clear and consistent. The installation process went smoothly. We had all windows in the house replaced, as well as the patio door. The installers arrived on time and finished within the expected time frame: 1 day. This was very convenient, especially for a family with children.
