Dmitri the representative was very thorough when explaining his product and provided sample windows along with pictures of previous houses that used his company. He was able to be reached if there were any questions that came up and was available when the windows were installed. The installation process was quick and the installers were very helpful and friendly during the process. The installers were immaculate during and after the process since we have a small child. We are also pleased on how timely the followup process was.
