Still waiting over 6 months now for the installation of a patio door ordered 31 July, 2018! I was told upon ordering would be in December with high window rebate orders and deadlines but when I heard nothing I called and was told mid-January.Well, it is February 6 and I have heard nothing since I last talked to them in early December. I feel really displeased with the service despite the large deposit I made last July for work thus far not done. I ordered one door...window rush is over from rebate so what is wrong. Very inconvenient service and no sign of any update. Left with a broken door winter season. The company takes a large deposit for the contract which was sited for delays possible and the service should be there as promised,,,,,6 months plus....Really?
