We paid for a new roof in 2008 and they came out and stripped our roof with the old metal taken off and put there roof on. They were suppose to put vapour barrier on first as promised but they never did. They were suppose to put roof vents in but never did. Until a tree limb fell on our house and damaged the roof we found out they did nothing as promised. When the roofers came out to replace the roof that's when we found out about the no vapour barrier and no vents. Tried to contact by phone and e-mail and they totally avoided us. Be aware of this company. They will take your money but won't honour there warranty. Your going to have to chase after them. We have put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are seeking legal procedure.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your roof. Unfortunately, at this point it is not clear what discussions regarding the underlay happened when the roof was installed 12 years ago. This is not a standard sheathed roof. The new roof replaced the original steel roof which was installed the same way. To address this, we have offered to replace the entire roof and install underlay. Regarding the vents… we typically replace the vents with a ridge vent which is not easily visible from the street. If there is something missed there, we would gladly correct it. To say we did nothing as promised is simply untrue. The roof has been installed 12 years without an issue – until a tree fell on it. To say we will not honour the warranty is also untrue. The roof is performing exactly as expected. It is under warranty and any issues that do arise will be addressed in a timely manner.
Update - August 2020: After visiting the customer and reviewing their concerns, it was agreed that there was no issue with the product but the quality of the installation did not meet company standards. The entire roofing material was removed and a complete new roof was installed without any cost to the customer. Although we strive to do everything right the first time, this time that did not happen. Thank you to the homeowners for their patience and persistence in getting this resolved. We are confident that they will now enjoy the quality roof they expected.
