Morningstar Garage Doors

I reached out to Morningstar on a Saturday morning when one of my garage doors cables broke. They were to accommodate me the same day at 2 and showed up on time. In addition to replacing both cables and rebalancing the door they offered some advice to help with the weather stripping I wanted to install. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism.

A couple of years ago I hired Morningstar to do some maintenance on my very old garage door. I was thoroughly pleased with the service at that time and promised them and myself that I would contact them when I wanted to replace the door. It was in Oct 2015 that got my new garage door. Life being busy as it is I neglected to write my review at that time.
Not only quality matters but service as well. Danny has always been pleasant to deal with and reliable. The garage door was installed when they said it would be and with no
problems. More than a year later it still works
perfectly and looks great.

Great service. Called late on Saturday night, they called back Sunday morning, quoted me a very reasonable price and showed up on time Sunday morning. There were no surprise costs, service was fast and they never tried to sell me anything else. Very Happy with this company!

I needed a worn and snapped garage door cable replaced. I called Morningstar and spoke with Danny. He and his assistant were at my home within an hour, and had fixed the problem with 20 minutes. He also replaced a corroded sensor, and gave me some maintenance tips to keep the door running well. Thanks very much.

Called Morning Star from their posting on Homestars. Danny came out and clearly new what we needed. We already had two other companies give us estimates but Danny had a broader choice of products and offered a newer design and a quieter operator.
Price was right and we were very pleased. Highly recommend them.

Called Danny and he said he had one job ahead of me and that he'd be right over when that work was completed. Showed up in the early afternoon and 20 minutes later everything worked like a charm.

The torsion spring in my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car in our garage. I called Morning Star, and although he didn't have time to fully fix my door that night - Danny came over right away, and manually opened the garage door so we could get my wife's car out. He didn't charge a cent for that visit and work.

He them arrived again the next day on time as we agreed, and replaced the broken spring, and - although he said I didn't really need to - I elected to also replace the other spring just so I feel more comfortable that things that could and did brake were now all new.

He finished the work on time, no mess left behind, and even was kind enough to help my neighbour adjust his garage door without charging him anything for it.

Although this was a relatively small job, my wife and I were very impressed with Danny's work ethic, integrity and work quality, and highly recommend him and his colleague Matthew.
