When my furnace started making noises, I called Enercare and hoped they wouldn't just try to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing the one I have. The booking agent I spoke with was friendly, and offered me same-day, and next-day options for when my service appointment could occur. The service tech who attended my home was neat, communicative, and friendly. He performed his repair quickly and neatly, and most importantly, without the $800 price tag such a visit and repair would cost without the service plan. Good work.

I was impressed at every step in the process of dealing with North Shore Eavestroughing. Rather than simply replacing the old, failing system with a new one, Darren redesigned the system to better handle the water coming off the roof, and relocated the downspouts to more effectively direct water away from the foundation. Each member of their installation team was extremely polite and respectful. They worked late on a cold, darkening evening to ensure that they finished in one day, as promised, and they made sure that all their garbage and mess was cleaned up.
