What else do you need in a contractor? We had a basement leak. Discussed options of doing outdoor vs. indoor waterproofing. After some considerations back and forth, opted to go with exterior due to the area of my leak being my the furnace room, etc. Waterproofing is something no one wants to do, but if you are going to do it, you want to make sure it's done right. From everything we saw this is the case. They even did a courtesy follow up to make sure everything was going well and no leaks post large rain storm
