To begin with, John from Waterproof Masters was extremely accommodating when we had to change dates on more than one occasion. This morning, Josh and James arrived to do the work. They proved to be two very knowledgeable, conscientious young men who took great pride in their work. To me, it looked like one huge undertaking, but they took it in stride and worked systematically and as a team. I was most impressed with the quality of their work and their total accountability - often times you hire someone and they leave for what seems like an endless break or several breaks. Josh and James worked extremely hard all day. They had to dig up and re-plant shrubs - and they actually left the area looking much nicer than when they started. Congratulations, Waterproof Masters....on hiring hard-working young people who serve as the best Ambassadors for your company possible.
