TRADING COMPUTERS

I have really enjoyed my powerfull new multiple monitor system. For those looking into a new computer, I custom bilt system with 5 monitor support. It has Intel i7- 2600 K @ 2.9 GHz with Turbo boost, 32GB Ram, Nvidia RTX2060 The speed is off the charts, everything delivered ahead of schedule, set-up was easy and smooth.Great trading computer. Handles 5 screens with 10 charts if I want, tick charts and lets me multi tasks on other things at the same time. Fujitech Technologies Inc worked with me to get what I wanted, matched pricing on local monitors, and service has been good when I have called, but I havent needed anything so will just enjoy my computer. Thanks Joseph Liu

Laptop repair

I found Joseph of Fujitech on Homestars and after seeing good reviews decided to visit him as my son spilled pop on his Lenovo T460 laptop and they keyboard has stopped working.
Joseph knew exactly what needs to be done, quoted me a price which was reasonable and I had the laptop back working like new.
I have to agree with others, great service from Fujitech.

DVR repair

My dahua DVR began malfunctioning a week ago resulting in my whole Security System being down. I had visited stores near my house and also to the bigger stores, but all of them were more interested in selling me a whole new security system which was going to be expensive and also not the one I am used to.
I found Fujitech and they also deal with dahua security systems and so I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, Joseph was willing to give it a a try to repair my DVR unit. He called me back a day later to let me know he was able to repair the DVR.
I am glad that there are still places like Fujitech where they do specialize in repairs and not just try to push and sell new products.

Thank you for keeping your word to write a review for us, I really appreciate you taking the time to write a review for us. Yes, we always try to find a solution and focus on repair first rather than sell a new system/equipment. We will only order to sell or refer customers to buy new equipment only when completely not repairable.

Acer Gaming Laptop repair

My son's Acer gaming laptop died and would not power back up. This was an expensive i7 gaming laptop with a RTX3080 graphics, but the big stores told me it was just better to get a new one. I was not ready to spend another 2 grand on a new gaming laptop.
After a few online searches, I found Fujitech through homestars and decided to give them a try for a repair solution.
Joseph was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped off my laptop for him to diagnose the problem and he called me back the same evening and gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair.
After the repair, my son told me that the laptop works just as it was before and also it is running much cooler.
I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely recommend them to others

Thank you Jennifer for your review. We did clean your fan and heatsink also which was clogged and that is why the cooling is more efficient now.
As I have suggested, use the air duster now and then to clean up the dust build up in the heatsinks and you will not have the repeat of the same problem again.

Excellent service and experiece

Please excuse the long review, but at least read Third Experience.
Late last year I was researching local computer repair shops for my sons laptop. I was impressed with the reviews and the CBC Market place report that included this shop, so I decided to do the repairs there. Im very glad I did, since I had 3 excellent and positive experiences with Joseph and his service.
First experience: My sons Asus gaming laptop (out of warranty) needed to have its broken cover replaced. It was not a cheap repair given that I wanted an original Asus cover/screen. Joseph ordered all the necessary parts and did an excellent repair with a very reasonable service charge.
Second Experience: Having been very happy with the above experience, I decided to have my 12 year old Sony Vaio laptop repaired. The power port had become faulty many years before, but I never bothered to fix it. It would get hot and the fan made an extremely loud noise. Again, Joseph did a wonderful job with the repair. In addition he thoroughly cleaned the insides and the laptop works amazingly quiet and cool. I am finally enjoying my laptop again!
Third experience: This is by far the best experience! And it did not even involve a computer repair! A couple of months ago my 21 year old son suddenly had this crazy idea to build a VERY high end (and expensive) gaming PC from scratch (his old regular PC was just not doing the job for his video games). He is not a computer person and as a non-technical person myself, I immediately had self doubt that he should even attempt what seemed to be a monumental task. He would have to research and buy every single item: the tower, the wires, the components (mother boards, video cards, power source, fans, software, etc. etc., and then figure out how to build from scratch. I thought that given the amount of money he would spend on parts, it would be best for Joseph to do the build, so it could be done properly.
When I called Joseph, he confirmed that he could certainly build it and his service price was absolutely very reasonable. But to my surprise, he said I should let my son do the build. He said that the experience and confidence and life experience my son would get would be priceless. He reassured me, as a parent, that the kids have more knowledge and abilities than we give them credit for, and I should not stifle my sons desire to explore and be creative. Worst case scenario, he said, is that even if the build does not work out, it could always be fixed. I was amazed that a business owner would turn away a job to make money; but I realized that Joseph placed more value on life experience (for my kid) and growth, rather than money. I decided to let my kid try.
Over the next 2 weeks, my son researched all the parts and bought them all. He watched many instructional videos online on building the gaming PC. He then started building and to my surprise my younger son (15 years old) became interested and sat with him and became his assistant. Awesome bonding experience! After a week of slow, but careful building, the PC was complete. I am proud to say it worked PERFECTLY! I could see the pride and sense of accomplishment on my sons face when he achieved this goal. THANK YOU Joseph for reminding me that we need to give our kids the opportunity to explore and experiment and that they are more capable then we think. You have a lifelong and happy customer!

Thank you Karl for taking the time to write this review. I am really happy about your son's pc build. I myself have gone thru this experience so I definitely know how it feels for a young man to accomplish the task with pride and he will always value what he has personally built.

Joseph.

Asus ROG Gaming Laptop repair

My son's Asus ROG Gaming Laptop just went dead a week ago back, it was out of warranty and a call to Asus Tech support did not look promising. I took it to Fujitech after seeing people having received good service from that place. My first impression of Joseph (the owner) was very good. He was very polite and friendly. He took some time to do this thing and then called me back to let me know the cost for the repair which I found to be reasonable (as this was an expensive gaming laptop).
Very happy that he was able to repair the laptop within the timeframe as he promised.

Adding additional memory to my laptop

I was not able to install any software as the memory in my laptop was full. I saw the homestars reviews and went to Fujitech to see if anything could be done. Joseph was very helpful and immediately told me I needed more memory. I asked if it would be better to get a new laptop but Joseph indicated that mine was a very good one. I was urged to get my laptop back as I needed to complete and file my taxes. Joseph had my laptop ready in less than a day and also cleaned up my laptop and fixed my cord. I highly recommend Fujitech. Thanks Joseph!

Speed up and optimize slow laptop

Joseph turned my 5yr old Sony Vaio laptop which was painfully slow to a completely new beast. He upgraded it with an SSD and I can't the amazing speed and performance I now get. I just did not realize why I was hesitant to do this to begin with. Totally worth every dime I paid for.

Joseph has been helping me with all my computer issues and my recent problems with my Zoom meetings was no different. He was able to get me back on track right away.
It was no surprise to see Joseph win the Homestars Best of the Best 2022 Award and I was so happy for him.
