My 8 camera dvr security system began beeping last week and it was so annoying that I had to turn it off. My installer would not come in as it was a minor job for him and he was just recommending to replace with the new system since this was already 6years old.
I called Joseph and he suggested me to bring the dvr system to the store so that he can analyze and let me know what can be done.
He found the hard drive was dead and all it needed was a new drive and he had it replaced while I waited.
It is nice to still see some honest technicians around who is willing to repair and not just try to push selling new products.
