Wireless in laptop not working
My wireless internet on my Lenovo laptop stopped working yesterday. I had called up Bell and after doing some troubleshooting with my Internet connection told me that my internet was ok and working. Internet on my desktop computer is fine but i cannot connect to the internet from my Lenovo laptop.
I called Fujitech, but they could not help me on the phone and asked me to bring my laptop to their store for a free checkup.
I took it there and Joseph found the issue right away. I had accidently turned off my wireless on my laptop. If he could have told me on the phone it would have saved me a trip to his store.
But overall I am satisfied since he was honest and informed me what my problem was.

I normally do answer all customer questions as detailed as possible on the phone, however, sometimes it is difficult to understand what kind of buttons or switches you have just thru the phone. One would also find it hard to describe on the phone and hence, it is best when you bring the problem to us, we can have a first hand look at it and try to give you an immediate solution.
