I really thank Joseph very much for understanding my financial situation and helping give me a break. I am a student and my netbook hinge broke after my brother dropped it the other day. The hinge repair almost costs half the price of the netbook itself. However after explaining to Joseph he was very kind to help me repair it with improvised parts and have my netbook fixed.
I am so glad to have my netbook fixed with a student discount given to me. Thank you once again Joseph.
