I was not able to install any software as the memory in my laptop was full. I saw the homestars reviews and went to Fujitech to see if anything could be done. Joseph was very helpful and immediately told me I needed more memory. I asked if it would be better to get a new laptop but Joseph indicated that mine was a very good one. I was urged to get my laptop back as I needed to complete and file my taxes. Joseph had my laptop ready in less than a day and also cleaned up my laptop and fixed my cord.
