Falco Mechanical

Joe Falco installed the radiant heat in my newly lowered and underpinned basement. I also hired him to move some gas lines in the basement and to install a gas fireplace insert in my non-functioning coal fireplace. Joe is very pleasant and professional. The work is well done. Only hick up is - Joe is extremely difficult to get a hold off as he's so very busy. Other hick up was that he failed to come back and check up on work after I contacted him to say that my sons smelled gas just outside my front door. It turns out there was a leaky joint in one of the pipes Joe had been working on. This of course can happen. I wish Joe had made a point of coming back. as it is - I did not realize this constitutes an emergency until I spoke to my brother in Ottawa on Xmas day and he insisted I call Endbridge right away - they showed up within 1/2 hour and fixed the leaky joint in a matter of minutes ....
.... despite this little set back - I would (and will) hire Joe Falco again, as on the whole the job he did at my house has been very well done.
