The best home service we've ever had!
Vlad (co-owner) was professional, thorough and very detailed with his assessment of our water damage. He clearly outlined and quoted potential work, then started by using humidity sensors and camera scoping to determine next steps. The 2 others quotes I had involved digging inside the house to waterproof, but Vlad recommended outside work so our stone would not continue to get wet and deteriorate. Not only did Vlad's 4 workmen toil non stop for 3 days in 38 degree humidity, they dug down by hand to the foundation in between our houses in less than 3 feet width! This is how we knew Vlad was not just fulfilling the job, he was getting it done right. The men worked so hard.
Supporting Vlad is Bohdana in the office. She is incredible, right on top of the jobs, working all hours of the day/weekends, making sure I was kept informed and happy. Regardless of her extraordinary work hours, Bohdana was always pleasant, kind and respectful. Admirable for someone working around the clock during these beautiful summer months.
I cannot say enough about how impressed we are with this team. Will definitely use Umbrella again for any relevant work to be done here.
