Absolute terrible experience. We had a gentleman come to our door with fabulous things to say about this company and warning us that it will be expensive but that the work they do will speak for itself. We paid 6K for our table to be done up front. We got our table back UNFINISHED. There was no stain on certain parts of the table, the mechanisms weren't touched (when we were told they would fix them), the table was unlevelled (they blamed it on our floor). They refused to offer back any money, or help us at all in the situation. The table was sent back to have the job done AGAIN. Then our delivery was delayed because they ran out of the stain the day before it was supposed to be delivered...

I’ve discussed your order with our production team and have determined that every reasonable effort was made to resolve the issue you raised when the suite was rejected at the time of delivery. When the pieces were returned to our facility we performed a complete inspection and addressed the concerns you brought forward at no cost to you. We also assumed the cost of delivery back to your residence in Oshawa. When a member of our production team called you to confirm that the pieces had been delivered, you agreed that you were content with the outcome. You also happily accepted the credit we offered to you as a gesture of good will and as an acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Our records indicate that your deposit amount was less than 50% of the total cost. In conclusion, we did “help” you, we did “offer” a credit, and your delivery was not “delayed”.
