Den Air

I can't begin to tell you how happy we are with Den Air.
For close to 6 yrs, they've been taking care of all our heating and cooling. We run a business and they are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. We have twice yearly maintenance on our furnace and they have never failed us!! Highly recommend. Friendly, personable, great guys!

About 5 years ago I had Den Air install my A/C unit. Since then I've had nothing but trouble with their installation. For one, when I had someone come and try to clean the ductwork, they informed me that the unit was installed so poorly that they could not get at all the ducts, and only ended up cleaning what they could reach. Very annoying. Now, the reason I'm writing this, a reputable repairman informed me that due to the poor installation 5 years ago, a unit that should have no troubles for at least 10 years after installation now has a leak that will require extensive repairs.

Bob and his team were pretty reliable. our furnace broke down in the middle of last winter on which felt like the coldest day. They came in on a Sunday for an estimate and on Monday, they installed the furnace and all corresponding pipes.

The one thing I would have liked to have seen was a followup maybe 3 - 6 months after installation.

Called and made an appointment to get my furnace cleaned. Bob gave me a price over the phone for a furnace cleaning and safety inspection.

Upon inspection he made some additional changes without an any charges.
