Carpet quality and installation was excellent. I made it clear that I needed everything installed by a certain date and Haneef paid out of pocket to ensure the materials were shipped and installed on time. When one answers an ad in a publication, one takes a chance on satisfaction. We got lucky in engaging Maple Carpet Care. They made custom carpeting for us after listening carefully to our requirements and presenting many samples from which to choose. The owner himself came to do the quote for our carpet installation in my basement. He was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Four days after the quote was given my entire basement plus stairs were carpeted and looked terrific! I was in a rush to get this job done and the the owner was very understanding and he and his team were great to work with. I was most impressed and would certainly refer his services in the future. The only negative point I could make was there was a miscommunication for the start date but that was very quickly remedied and the next day the job was completed with the owner staying the entire day to oversee and ensure the job was done perfectly :) They were terrific!

We recently had our house renovated, the only thing that was left from the older house was the stairs as they were still in perfect condition. Our recommendation was to cover the stairs for everyone's safety (children running up and down). We found Maple Carpet Care and they were very prompt with their service. Very good overall experience. Hameef came to our house and was able to show us samples and projects the company did already. We had time between ordering carpet and installation to fix our staircase. When we called for installation appointement they came the next day. Work was done fast and they even cleaned after the job was done.

They helped select an appropriate carpet for 4 flights of stairs in my stacked townhouse that I was putting up for sale. It was a tricky job, with railing pegs and transitions, but they did excellent work and it looks great.

I Googled for stair runner installation and called 5 different companies. Maple Carpet Care was the only one that came first to my home (instead of asking me to come to the showroom first) with samples, suggestions and an estimate. Hameef was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Not only did we get a quality carpet - natural fibers - but installation was completed within 3 days of the quote.
