The owner himself came to do the quote for our carpet installation in my basement. He was very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Four days after the quote was given my entire basement plus stairs were carpeted and looked terrific! I was in a rush to get this job done and the the owner was very understanding and he and his team were great to work with. I was most impressed and would certainly refer his services in the future. The only negative point I could make was there was a miscommunication for the start date but that was very quickly remedied and the next day the job was completed with the owner staying the entire day to oversee and ensure the job was done perfectly :) They were terrific!
