I Googled for stair runner installation and called 5 different companies. Maple Carpet Care was the only one that came first to my home (instead of asking me to come to the showroom first) with samples, suggestions and an estimate. Hameef was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Not only did we get a quality carpet - natural fibers - but installation was completed within 3 days of the quote. Very happy with this level of customer service. My stairs look great, and my kids will be safe going up and down now.
