I was recommended to use Cheeks Services Ltd. by a friend who spoke very highly of them. Professional personality righ off the bat. A very reasonable quote/square foot that included all walls, doors, baseboards (dapping too!)... the condo is about 1050sq ft and they finished within 1.5-2 days: straighforward, clean and to-the-point. No monkeying around with delays or up-selling whatsoever.

- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Ask what their quote entails: just walls? do they paint freehand or tape off accents/seams/etc? Does the quote include materials? Do they use drop-cloths (you'd be surprised that many don't)... Penalties for delays? useful questions to ask!
