I wish this review gave me more than 30 words, Cheeks was simply amazing throughout the whole process of our new custom home finished in 2016. He cared about what we wanted and made sure we were happy with colors, etc. He's one of the best painters I have seen and when we did our walk-through at the end, there was little to no paint touch-ups! :) I usually don't write reviews, but Cheeks deserves this one!

He made sure the flow was amazing the materials he used was top quality followed up with touch ups after every trade was finished very clean and organized, he sprayed our open ceiling concept black and red beams painted our walls and doors made the perfect flow! and on top of that

Cheeks carried out all of the painting for our full-house renovation (three floors). The work has been of EXCEPTIONAL quality. They insist on extensive and painstaking prep work in order to ensure the best possible finish. We could not be any happier with the work that Al and his team performed. Our reno job was delayed due to reasons completely unrelated to the painting process, and Cheeks was put under quite a bit of time pressure to overcome the other trades' delays in order to get us back into our house for Christmas. Al kept saying: "we will go as fast as we can while still guaranteeing top quality work". And we can attest, that this is EXACTLY what he did. They worked evenings, weekends etc and allowed us to (1) have a beautifully finished product and (2) get back home for Christmas. Over and above the work, we can also attest to the fact that Al and his team are just very nice people - - we were always happy to see them on site and have a chat. We recommend them highly.

My wife and I have had the pleasure to work with Cheeks Painting Ltd. over the years on several occasions. Time and again their work has been of outstanding quality, so much so that we have referred them to several of our friends. If you're looking for high quality work, and for your project to be completed in a timely fashion, I suggest you look no further.

On a rental condo of ours, we wanted to complete some finishing detail work including removing a pony wall (open the place up), replace all millwork (more modern style flat baseboards/door frames), install some reclaimed wall panels as doors (funky style) put a natural oak veneer finish around some of the roof beams to make it feel "loft-like") and re-paint the suite. AMAZING work - all was completed within about 2 weeks (15 days) and budgeting included everything between painting a 900-sq ft condo with doors and baseboards, all work described and cleanup to boot. I will continue to work with this team on every project that I do.

Well worth the wait! Ali is a perfectionist. I understand that he and his team work with several large homebuilders in the Calgary area year-round and it was a bit of a logistical issue getting the timing set up with them to work on my home but their work is second to none. Their expertise shines from lacquering every railing and baseboard in the home, spraying the ceilings, rolling out the basement and garage floors to the fine detail work around edging and fixing holes in walls. I have used his team's services several times and continue to do so because of the excellent service, great pricing and amazing finished product.

I was recommended to use Cheeks Services Ltd. by a friend who spoke very highly of them. Professional personality righ off the bat. A very reasonable quote/square foot that included all walls, doors, baseboards (dapping too!)... the condo is about 1050sq ft and they finished within 1.5-2 days: straighforward, clean and to-the-point. No monkeying around with delays or up-selling whatsoever.
