Update! Kitchen Faucet Replacement
Had my Kitchen faucet replaced with brand new faucet by Bosco. Next day They have redeemed themselves!! They made the effort to follow-up and send someone to finally attach the faucet to the counter properly and also offered me a credit for future use. Customer service rating went waaayy up!!
Replacement of Kitchen Faucet
Had my Kitchen faucet replaced with brand new faucet by Bosco. Next day, open the faucet and heard something fall inside the cupboard. Lugnut holding the faucet in place had broken off. Called them and they (Murphy) said Tech would be over next morning to'look" at it. Waited all morning and they didn't show up. Didn't call. I called and they (Murphy) didn't remember me. Now, no Tech available and we'll have to re-schedule for later date. Nice customer service. 1 Year Parts and Labour warranty only good if you can convince them it's broken, and if you're willing to wait it out to get them there, at their convenience. Not impressed.
