The agent was very knowledgeable of his product and gov grant. I never felt pressured. The times for delivery and instalation were as promised. The instalers were curtious, worked as a team, cleaned my home taking all old windows, left only when I oked the job. Correspondence with office staff great. High company standard for all staff.
