So my installation date was cancelled due to personal issues. So that was 1 day lost at work. Rescheduled for the next day. Installer cancelled because of rain. Has not rained since 8 am this morning, sun is out and another day lost at work. I now have to wait another month for installation because it seems to be my fault that I have a job and I cannot take any more time off for a job that I booked time off twice in a row. Very poor service and I will not be purchasing the rest of my windows or doors from them next year.

It is disappointing to know that you are unhappy with the way that your installation schedule has been handled. Unfortunately the first delay was due to the installer having to attend a funeral and the second due to weather. These were situations that we had no control over but we can understand the frustration these delays caused you. We wanted to get the windows installed on Sunday which is not a normal installation day but that did not work for you.
