I was impressed by the salesman, Rolf. He not only spoke but he demonstrated how well built the windows would be and how the window quality combined with the argon fill would save me energy. Next, the gentleman cam to take accurate measurements exactly when he said he would.
Then, although I had been told that it would take approximately 6 - 8 weeks for the windows to be ready, I was informed that they were ready after about three weeks. A time convenient for me was agreed upon and the technicians arrived early for the installation and were finished before lunchtime. The cleanup was fairly good, too.
