Due to production problems the door installation was delayed. Thus two separate installations. Landmark kept us well informed , scheduled installations and arrived on time as promised. Both crews were polite, friendly and professional. Very cautious of creating any mess. Covered our floors and left the house as neat and clean as when they started. All personal were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We are extremely pleased with the service and the products.

Day 1 they got most of the job done was rained out to finish the job but was back bright and early the next day. Also my house is very wonky and they took the time to cut the weirdest price possible so the door would be completed and look nice. They were absolutely great and fun to talk to.

There was an initial delay with delivery of the front door but we were kept informed with regards to these delays all the way along. When installation day came the two person team were fantastic, fast installation of the basement window, and meticulous installation of the front door. They cleaned up thoroughly before they left and the workmanship was wonderful. We would certainly recommend Landmark to friends and would use again when we need more windows etc.

Our cottage never had guttering. Its on a flood plain near a river so the basement got a lot of water. They came and installed the guttering and put the run offs where we asked them to. Very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with both installation and quality of windows Very impressive delivery on time as well.

The guys that came to do our windows were very friendly and efficient. Took them 2 days to do the work, they did a great clean up when they were done. I would recommend Landmark Home Solutions.

It would take alot of words to say what all that happen .Window never work right from the time you put it in till the last window was put in first window counldnt open and lock then Came to fix it 3 times The last ones to come said the window was a old stile That a new one had to be put in .Ok so when they came to put a new one in they took out the old one went to put the new one in and it wasnt big enough to fit Well they should have measured the new window before they took the old one out.
I am so sick of it It is not finished yet please finish the window there is a lif time worranty on it

FEBRUARY 9 2022 UPDATE
Ever since these windows were installed in November of 2011 we have had nothing but problems. October 2021, a service tech came to our house to determine that yes indeed, cranks on all windows need to be replaced. It is now February 9, 2022. I have had to repeatedly follow up via email with their service department about WHEN service will be completed on our windows. Excuse after excuse is given as to why service is not complete this time. Finally, January 20 a tech arrives at our house to install the new cranks in my windows. Ooops! The service department at Landmark sent the wrong cranks with him. Off he goes with a promise that he would be back end of January.
To this day, cranks have not been installed and my emails go unanswered.
PLEASE consumers, DO NOT buy windows from this company. You will regret it after numerous no shows, empty promises, faulty product, shoddy installation, etc. The list goes on an on. For me 11 years now.

9 windows installed by Landmark Home Solutions in 2011. 7 windows have to be replaced because of poor installation and incorrect windows installed. Screen on a window has to be replaced because it is too small and falls out. Casing on outside of windows had to be replaced because of poor workmanship. We are still waiting for the final window and its casing and screen to be replaced. Landmark will not call you-EVER. Repeatedly, I leave messages for someone to call me with status and never get a response. Repeatedly, Landmark promises installation dates and doesn't call or show up at scheduled time. Repeatedly, I have been so disappointed with this company that I wish I had never hired them 6 years ago. If I could give them negative stars I would.

We love our new windows and the crew that came to install them were super considering the weather (cold & snowy) . They installed all four windows (one at a time to keep the house warm) in a matter of approximately 2 1/2 hrs. very professional!!

Friendly, timely and professional. I would highly recommend Landmark. The windows are beautiful and were installed a month earlier than we expected.
