Old house needing some upgrades
Once the employees were on site and working they were fantastic to deal with. Courteous, fast and happy to explain what they were doing and answer any questions I had. The work they completed seems to be of good quality as well. The downfall for me was the lack of communication and delay in response. Generally my emails were replied to in a reasonable amount of time but found my phone calls were rarely returned. I even had them out to check out a possible leak after they had finished their work. It turned out to be unrelated and I was told I would get a quote for the work to be done and ended up going with someone else because I never received the quote or any follow up from them.

I am happy to hear that our team did good quality work. As for the phone calls not being returned in a timely manor, we hopefully have rectified that problem by hiring a full time office manager who will be more responsive. This was a resent addition so everyone should be receiving the quotes in a timely manor.
