Intercept Security-No Longer in Business

I had a terrible experience with Intercept. One day i left the house and turned on our house alarm, as always...but somehow didn't complely shut the door. The house alwarm went off, and no one ever came to check on us. It rang for an hour before we were home again. When I called them to turn it off and explain, they said they didn't think they needed to come! Before moving homes, we also had someone from interect tell us that they had stopped monitoring our house, even though we were still payig for their services and demanded payment. Rediculous!

We've been using Intercept for at least 10 years, last year we had our security system upgraded.

The staff are well informed, professional, prompt, polite and friendly.

Intercept Security has provided our home security for over 5 years and we have never had a problem. The individuals we dealt with in the initial setup were very helpful and professional. Aside from the hiccups at the beginning, we have had no issues and feel secure with the service they provide.

When I renovated our home, cable and telephone was not functioning properly. Not all connections were functioning properly and Intercept Security were able to effectively correct these issues. They hooked up all our renovation connections for free, and crew were very knowledgeable, efficient and informative. I'd highly recommend Intercept Security!
