We hired DBTI to create a basement walkout, with sump pump and to finish the work so it was move-in ready to become landlords in downtown Toronto. Their quote stayed within budget, the the work was done professionally. Kudos to DBTI for their patience too while city of Toronto checked off permits! We are happy we have a functional basement now that generated high passive income for the area.

DBTI was the only company to be able to accurately scope out my problem and propose a solution. Other companies gave me quotes for proposals that wouldn't have rectified the problem. I was able to glean from Bill what the problem was and was shocked when the other companies would come and quote me for something that wasn't the source of the problem.

Bill Walls was very knowledgeable and very confident he could help me with a samll water leak we found under the side door stairs sill of our 50 year old bungalow. Bill was VERY thorough and really knows his stuff!
The two man crew that did the work knew exaclty what they were doing and completed the work in one day, cleaned up and were very polite. They also sent Bill pictures of their progress during the day. I thought this an interesting way to ensure the job was being executed as precisely as Bill had promised me.

Work done included treating all cracks in the foundation with a waterproofing system patented by a separate company. This included cracks in the front porch that leaked into the basement cold room. I was given a thorough description of the process and a written lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the house. The work was done with a minimum of disruption and in an efficient manner. When leaks in the porch reappeared I was given immediate attention with re-application performed at no charge. I was also given assurance that any further problems would be dealt with in a similar manner; there have been none. The owner has been extremely helpful with other minor matters and has developed an excellent personal rapport with me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Bill Walls is a perfectionist. He offered the best quality and made sure everything worked. It's over 5 years since he put in the Echo system in our basement and there has never been a problem. DBTI has built many great ECHO System finished basements over the years. All of them have depressurization versus exhaust flow rate values that exceed our minimum requirements.
