Tom sent a crew of 7 guys to my place which was a hour and half away from their shop and the crew arrived right on time as planned. The day was the hottest of the summer 2016 ( 40 C plus)
and almost completed but ran out of daylight. The Foreman Mike informed me that the team would seal everything up just in case of rain and be back in the morning to finish up which is what happened.

The crew cleaned up all debris and were all very professional as my wife had to leave ( in a wheel chair ) and all the crew made sure the way was clear on leaving and upon arrival back to the house.

The roof looks great and all invoice and warranty was taken care of right away.

Thanks to Tom and his staff for a stress free job well done.

I watched the Northern Eagle Ridge team in action, last fall when they replaced the shingles on a home down the street from us. There was an obvious camaraderie and chemistry of a professional team working together to do a great job.

From the start, when I called Tom, I felt like a valued customer and he gave me a very competitive price (5 estimates received). The professionalism and conscientious work ethic displayed by Tom and his team throughout the job was especially commendable on those days where the weather was so miserable. Their ability to work together as the job progressed and keep the house totally dry through rain, snow and freezing rain was a pleasure to watch.

They did a superb job. The final product looks GREAT! I will continue to recommend Northern Eagle Ridge Roofing to neighbours and others, as I see or hear from them.

The team kept on top of the old materials, most of it being removed as the job progressed but due to bad weather, returned to do a final sweep a week later when snow and ice had disappeared. They did an awesome job. I also appreciated the recommendation re extending the downspouts to minimize future excessive wear where they exit.

Great job and excellent workmanship. Tom ave me a competitive price and a great choice of colors and styles. He completely covered the roof with underpayment (many roofers only do the first few feet). The work was first rate and many people have commented that it is the best looking in the neighbourhood. All debris was cleaned up and removed. Absolutely no ice damning in the first winter. Since seeing my job about six other neighbors have had Tom replace their roofs.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Don't hire. They claim to do a magnetic sweep afterwords but they don't. They never call back either. The workers are constantly on their phones too. They lack professional curtesy

I have waited a few weeks before writing the review to make sure that everything was fixed with our roof...good news it is! Our roof started to leak this spring to our despair. The damage was becoming unbearable in our house, so we started to call roofing companies. Jason came to our house and was very personable. I knew if the quote was on par with other companies I wanted to use them. The reviews made me slightly nervous but I went with my gut instinct and read the reviews carefully. We were having our roof replaced not repaired, they received excellent reviews for replacement! They were able to come quickly...which was great because the damage in our house was getting worse with every rainfall. Jason worked hard to make everything happen for us. The crew was amazing! They were professional, hard working, considerate, polite, clean and nice to have around the house! These guys are roof artists! I would not hesitate to call this company again, and would encourage others to do so as well! Thanks Jason and team.

Tom started off by giving us a very reasonable quote very quickly. When other companies stated months to wait to have the work done, he came out within 1 week to have the work done. Materials were delivered on one day and his crew removed and replaced everything the next day on a two story 2,500 sqft house. Crew was great, roof looks amazing and not a spec of garbage or debris that I can find was left behind. I highly recommend Northern Eagle Ridge to anyone needing any type of roofing work done.

I contacted Northern Eagle both by telephone and through their website in attempt to obtain a quote to have failing roof shingles replaced. After being promised Northern Eagle would go out to the property and quote the project, I received the run around and several excuses for three weeks and never received the quote after all. This company wasted my time, don't let them waste yours!

I have read the contractor's review, which I submit is untruthful. I never received an email from this company, and checked thoroughly. If it was sent, feel free to post the delivery thread!

After having our roof repaired by a contractor we had proplems i got in touch with Tom at Northern Eagle and what a difference. Tom came and look ed at job took pictures and showed us the problemTom and his men arrived and went to worked and repaired the problem all this was done on the timeline Tom had set and the job was completed and everying cleaned up. i recomend tom and his men very highly they were all professional and i would recomend them to anyone in my book there are a ten. Tom is very professional which put me at ease right away. He provided a very competitive quote with the best products and his knowledge in answering all my questions was first rate. All work was done with the utmost care to my propeerty and adjoining properties. The entire crew, Mike, Jason, Shawn, Richard, and the material delivery crew, Kevin and Shawn, were completely professional, hard working, and dedicated to the task.
