We used this company in November 2016 for duct cleaning on our newly constructed home.
We had The Duct cleaning specialists attend. They were right on time, highly professional and respected our new home. They wore booties to protect the floor and wrapped all duct cleaning tubes in a neoprene sheet to protect the house.
Their team explained clearly what they were doing and answered all of my various questions that arose through curiosity.

The crew from The Duct Cleaning Specialists were great. Online appointment booking was a breeze. The crew called to say when they would arrive an hour or so prior to the scheduled time.

When the crew arrived the performed an detailed inspection of the outlets and intakes for the HVAC system, then moved to the furnace to confirm the configuration. They brought their gear in and connected to our system and began their cleaning process. Throughout the job they answered questions and commented on progress of work.

Upon completing the crew thoroughly cleaned up all areas where they worked and confirmed all vents had been cleaned and set back to operational mode.

Well worth the price compared to my previous experience. I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them.

These guys are great! They came in right on time and did a very thorough, clean, and professional job. Paul also took the time to explain what they are doing along the way. I was very impressed by the fact that , after checking the furnace blower motor, he recommended against cleaning it as it was extra and the motor was clean as is. Unfortunately there are a lot of duct cleaners who take advantage of unsuspecting customers, so a company like Paul's The Duct Cleaning Specialists is like a breath of fresh air. The crew arrived on time. I was under the impression this would take 3-4 hours, they were done in less than 2 hours.
Perhaps concerned to leave back to Orillia given the pending snow storm. They left without removing the coverings over two cold air returns and also left behind a couple of their heat vent covers. I've been cleaning my permanent washable filter every two days, still see dust accumulation in the filter, but not as much as before. Otherwise a friendly and polite crew.
Later on as a result of my concerns I received a call to follow up and to do an inspection of the job. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how Paul (the company owner) took the time to inspect the work and confirm to my satisfaction the work was indeed completed properly. He even inspected our furnace and humidifier. Previously I was indifferent however, I'm now very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.
