We hadn't cleaned our ducts in over 6 years, and had also performed some renovations the past 2 summers that clearly added dust and potentially other junk to our HVAC system.
The crew from The Duct Cleaning Specialists were great. Online appointment booking was a breeze. The crew called to say when they would arrive an hour or so prior to the scheduled time.
When the crew arrived the performed an detailed inspection of the outlets and intakes for the HVAC system, then moved to the furnace to confirm the configuration. They brought their gear in and connected to our system and began their cleaning process. Throughout the job they answered questions and commented on progress of work.
Upon completing the crew thoroughly cleaned up all areas where they worked and confirmed all vents had been cleaned and set back to operational mode.
Well worth the price compared to my previous experience. I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them.
