Paul from the Duct Cleaning Specialists showed up to clean our ducts/vents and dryer vent as requested/booked online.

Paul is as honest and professional as they come!!!
Paul showed up masked and took he shoes off.

Paul showed us pictures of the inside of our ducts/vents and told us that a duct cleaning was not needed at this time. He said he did not want to waste our time or money.

I had read previous reviews about Paul & The Duct Cleaning Specialist that told of similar situations and I chose them for this reason. Honesty and trustworthiness are hard traits to come by these days.

Paul even taught us an easy trick to double check that we had removed all of the dog hair (which was our main concern) from the ventilation system without sacrificing our already thoroughly cleaned home.

Paul then checked our dryer vent which had been clogged and dripping when we used the dryer. He knew right away that the issue was the incorrect vent cover. He removed the cover, turned on the dryer and sure enough, all the lint came flying out. He took and showed us exhaust measurements that were well above the acceptable limit. He also told us what type of vent cover to get as a replacement so that the dryer and vent would work properly.

Even when it came to tipping, Paul made sure we remembered that we had already paid the deposit online (which covered most of the inspection cost) prior to accepting any additional money!!!

Such a class act!!!
