Good job done by the 2 gentleman who arrived. They explained their process and what they found in the ducts. The only thing I would recommend is letting the customer know that the appointment time is approximation and not exact. Other than that the rest is very professional and my breathing air feels dust free with furnace on which is what I wanted.

I have since put more details on our work orders and reminders that our appointments are Estimated times of arrival, not when the service itself will start and finish. I apologize for any inconvenience but a few people have made that suggestion so we finally implemented it and seems to be smooth for all customers to better budget their day.
