Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists came over a month ago to clean our dryer vents. He was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. We liked his work - so much so that we booked another appointment with him. He was to return a month later to clean all our ducts.
There have some mis-steps on the way to that later duct-cleaning which has yet to happen. There were some mis-communications. Also some missed communications as several messages I left on the company's cellphone number were not returned - Paul has indicated the messages were not received. If you decide to go with this company my suggestion is to at least follow-up any phone calls and voicemail messages with an email.
After seeing my review, Paul contacted me via this site and by telephone. He appeared willing to discuss our concerns about the missed communications and appointment, and has offered to come clean all the vents this Sat. at a discounted rate. This shows he cares about customer feedback. We look forward to seeing him this Sat. when he comes to clean all the ducts.

Hi Mrs. Singh; thanks for taking time to provide some feedback on the dryer vent cleaning and overall service. The dryer vent cleaning appointment was made and I was on time and the service was performed which was done to your satisfaction and I am happy that I was able to help for that. I am a little confused that you had to call 3 times, because from what I remember, I was early for the appointment. However, for the duct cleaning appointment, which was scheduled after the dryer vent cleaning in person by me, was made for August 14th, the 2nd week in August as I wrote down the information infront of you, which is why you would have never received a phone call stating any delays for the job. I am not sure where the mis-communication was because I have not received any voice mail from you regarding a duct cleaning appointment, I have just seen this post on homestars. I have made a few attempts today to contact you however I was rudly hanged up on twice, not sure by who. Regardless, customer service is one of the more important aspects I strive to provide, so if you were under the impression your appointment was August 7th, I will gladly offer my service to you 50% off the cost. I will again try and contact you personally, however, if you do see this response, please contact me at 647-234-3828.
