This was the second time that I had used The Duct Cleaning Specialists. I was finishing renovations and wanted to ensure that the ducts were clean prior to using the furnace. The online booking service was very convenient and easy. The two specialists arrived on time and were extremely friendly. The setup was done quickly, and they explained each step.
Unfortunately, a couple weeks after they left, I was down in the furnace room and found that they hadn't done a very good job re-taping/re-sealing the sheet metal to the ducts where they had accessed near the furnace. I retaped them, but this is a basic service that should be done proactively as it was resulting in quite a bit of heat loss at the furnace.
Update: The company contacted me and offered to come out of their way to re-tape and resolve the issue. I appreciate the effort and would consider using them next time.

Hi Lisa, Thanks for sharing about your experience with us. Glad for the most part everything went well and appreciate your continued business. Even though your job was done in September, if there was something we missed, or you weren't happy with, you should just give us a call. We try and ensure every job goes smooth, but that's not always the case, so if we aren't made aware of anything, we can't fix it. Something like this tho must have just been an oversight. As of NOV 25 I am trying to get in contact with the customer to rectify the issue and come back and seal the openings. I wanted to leave a response for people reading this review, so at least they can see we are on top of our customer service so when something goes wrong, we don't just leave it as is. Thanks again for your feedback, and hopefully we will be in touch soon to get this issue solved.
AS OF 2:30PM NOV26/16 I have spoken with the customer and everything has been resolved and hopefully the customer will edit with a response indicating the same.
