Paul came in to clean our ducts yesterday evening. He was right on time and very thourough in his explaination of what he was going to do. He was even considerate enough to mention that he had to leave the door open so I would keep an eye on my kittens. He did a great job and the air is great. He went above an beyond and even gave us a free furnace filter since he noticed our current one wasn't a very good quality.
The best part - we won a contest he was offering here on homestars and it the whole thing was free! There was absolutely no catch - he didn't try and sell us any additional services. Even when the service is free he goes above and beyond to provide the best service.
I've already given his card to my neighbour who was inquiring, but he is definetly the one to go with.
