Duct Cleaning,Furnace Cleaning and Sanitizing
I found ‘The duct cleaning specialists on Home Stars’. Our home has been through major renovations and needed a thorough cleaning. I can't say enough about Paul's level of professionalism and desire to do the job right. Before starting, he explained the whole process in detail, showed us his truck and equipment and put drop sheets on my new floor. The job was completed in a highly professional and timely manner. The price was very competitive and there were no hidden costs. To top it off, Paul also gave us a $25.00 gift certificate for ‘Home Depot’ and an ‘Ipod Shuffle’ as part of his advertised promotion. We are very satisfied with his services and have already recommended his company to a number of our friends. I would like to add that potential customers should not be influenced by the one negative review on this website. Great price and excellent service! Hi Malini, thank you for your kind review. As you know, I take pride in my work and make sure that the job is done properly. You are dealing with Indoor air and has can have an effect on your health, so you want to make sure that the job is done properly. As far as the negative reviews go, I would have liked to have done the job, just sometimes that are instances that prevents me from doing the job. That customer seems to be happy with the service that he received from the other company, so good that he got the job done, unfortunatly I lost out on his business. What I don't understand, is why I couldnt at least have received a 2 or 3 star out of 10 instead of a big fat zero LOL. I mean afterall, he did say I was courteous on the phone, arrived prompt for the appointment, just couldn't do the work.
