HVAC Unit and duct work cleaning in loft.
Right from when I first spoke to Paul (the owner) on the phone I received impeccable service. He took me through the different pricing levels for the work that I could have done and helped me pick out the right package.
Chris & Bryan showed up exactly as scheduled and were really understanding that I was 10 mins late! They were both excellent.
But what totally blew me away is that they did a full inspection before starting any work and then, after finding that the ducts and my HVAC unit weren't actually all that dirty, confirmed with Paul that the work I ordered wasn't really necessary. So without me asking, they did only what was required and charged me far less than the original quote.
I honestly can't remember the last time I dealt with a company that came in an adjusted the quote based on less work needing to be done. I was incredibly impressed by this and definitely recommend The Duct Cleaning Specialists for any work you are thinking of having done.
