Mark and John were very informative when at my house, and did a terrific job, even exceeding my expectations in terms of the service provided. I did my homework, got educated as best I could and then made the call. I read the homestars reviews, but when it came to decision time, the choice was really quite easy to make.

This work was part of a major renovation that I was doing, and it was supposed to be the last thing on my list. Well as all renovations go, I had to juggle the schedule for this work, and despite the rings i made the staff go through, they never once let it show and were always accomodating...that was very much appreciated.

These are not the telemarketers that annoy you at dinner time offering you a promo price, this is a quality run business with defined processes...that was easy to see.
