I first reached out to Doug nearly a decade ago to assess my home for duct cleaning. He inspected my ducts and let me know that they look great and do not need to be cleaned.
I decided to use their services for dryer duct cleaning. Doug has been very professional, thorough, and detail oriented in his work. So much so that he even noticed that my AC unit was completely blocked which was to my surprise since I had it serviced and cleaned by another company. Clearly they did not do the job properly and Doug brought this to my attention and provided me with advice on how to approach the situation with the other company. I look forward to work with Doug and his team in the future.
